Crafting
All grapes are cooled in a cold chamber. They are destemmed and pressed in pneumatic presses. Cold racking takes place for two days and fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and partly in 225 and 500 litre French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes

Straw yellow in color with new gold reflections.

On the nose it stands out for its aromatic intensity, sensation of ripe fruit, peach and floral sensation, lychee, on a background of toasted bread.

In the mouth it has a correct acidity with a glyceric sensation. Long and persistent.
