Tianna 5.4 Sa Madona is a medium-bodied ruby ​​red wine. Intense aromas with a predominance of ripe plum, very typical of the variety, mineral notes very present in the reflection of the terroir of the estate and a spicy background.

The name “Sa Madona” is in honor of the lady Antonia Garau owner of the vineyard and the winery.

Wine harvest
Manual harvesting and selection of the healthiest and ripest bunches in the vineyard.
Crafting
After destemming by hand and subsequent selection of grain by grain, the must is fermented with its skins in a new 500-litre French oak barrel with an open lid. Once the 5-day cold pre-fermentation maceration is complete, fermentation begins and manual punch-downs are carried out daily for 15 days. Post-fermentation maceration for 5 days before devatting. 6 months in a 500-litre second-year French oak barrel. This wine has not been filtered or clarified.
