The harvest is manual and at night to avoid the heat of September in Mallorca.
Crafting
Made with traditional red varieties from Mallorca complemented with Syrah and Merlot. The grapes enter the cold chamber 24 hours before being processed. Some varieties are fermented separately but co-fermentation of the grapes is also carried out. Manto negro along with Syrah. The wine is aged for 12 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
Well covered garnet red wine with a medium-high layer.
Aroma of good intensity with floral notes (violets), black fruits and balsamic on a background of toasted new barrels.
The palate is well structured with a certain volume and a perfect balance between acidity and alcohol. The aftertaste is long and balsamic.
